Class: Greek Chicken and Orzo Pasta

It’s the time of the year to go the Islands. How about the Greek Islands? Chef Alan will show you how to create an island dish to make you feel as though you are in Greece. Using Classic Greek flavors of lemon, oregano, garlic, onion, olive oil, golden raisins and feta cheese. Boneless and skinless chicken breasts are pounded, dredged in flour with oregano and sauteed in olive oil. He will prepare a pan sauce made with the remaining ingredients. A Greek Orzo Pasta dish made with sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese compliments this dish. $45.00 per person.
