Class: Chilean Sea Bass Chef Alan’s Way

Join us for a Friday evening filled with flavor. Chef Alan will show you how to prepare a Chilean Sea Bass in a fresh tomato sauce served over a Sicilian inspired Arborio Rice dish. Fresh roma tomatoes will skinned, chopped and added to garlic that has been sautéed in one of Leaning Ladder’s EVOOs along with a touch of Leaning Ladder Cayenne Olive Oil. Saffron threads are added to the mixture along with fresh oregano, salt and pepper to round out this flavorful sauce. While the sauce is simmering the rice will be prepared and it won’t be long until you can taste this mouthwatering dish. $60.00 per person
