Things may be hot outside but Chef Alan has a summer menu to make you “Chill Out”. Back by popular demand is our chilled summer soups class. This time around Chef Alan will teach you how to prepare a Chilled Avocado and cucumber soup with a fresh corn and mango relish, a Chilled tomato soup with basil and cream, and a Chilled fresh peach soup with crab and shrimp ceviche.
