Chilled Summer Soup Night with Personal Chef Alan

Chilled summer soups are a perfect starter and in some cases and perfect ending for lighter summer meals.
This session will feature 3 fantastic chilled summer soups:
A beautiful cold fresh blueberry soup featuring Leaning Ladder’s Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic Vinegar and Blueberry Balsamic Vinegar along with spices, sugar, orange juice, half and half, plain yogurt and fresh mint.
A colorful gazpacho made with cucumber, garlic, sweet red bell pepper, red onion, Roma tomatoes, Clamato juice, fresh lime juice, Leaning Ladder Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic vinegar, Leaning Ladder Jalapeno White Balsamic Vinegar, Leaning Ladder Persian Lime Olive Oil and Leaning Ladder Nocellara Olive Oil. This will be topped with diced avocado and grilled shrimp on a skewer.
A fresh Cantaloupe and fresh peach chilled soup made with shallots, fresh lemon juice, fresh mint, Leaning Ladder Sicilian Lemon White Balsamic vinegar, Leaning Ladder Sherry Reserva Wine vinegar and Leaning Ladder Nocellara Olive Oil. This soup will be garnished with frizzled prosciutto.
