Chicken Pomodoro with Chef Alan

For all of you who love chicken and are seeking alternative ways to prepare it this is the class for you. Chef Alan will demonstrate a Chicken Pomodoro dish that is certain to make your mouths water! Boneless, skinless chicken breasts sautéed in Leaning Ladder’s Tuscan Herb olive oil and finished with vodka, chicken stock, lemon juice and tomato in a cream sauce and served over orzo pasta. Chef will begin the evening with a mini shrimp cake and a lovely salad with raspberries, roasted beets and avocados.
