With Personal Chef Alan, April 22, 7-9PM
This is a hands on class where each participant will make their own Chicken En Papillote dish. Each person will be given parchment paper where they will cut out a pattern used for the En Papillote. A filling will be made comprised of chicken breast, tomatoes, peppers, olives, garlic, feta cheese, onion, basil, parsley, Leaning Ladder Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar, Leaning Ladder Koroneki Greek Olive Oil and dry white wine.
While the Papillotes are baking, a rice pilaf will be made to accompany the En Papillotes . $30.00 per person.
