Chef Melissa takes us to the Riviera

You may not want to wear white to this class for your hands on participation. Chef M will guide you through creating a Baked feta appetizer with marinara to begin and this is followed by handmade gnocchi with grilled shrimp in a lemon balsamic and white wine sauce. Dinner is served with a salad dressed with Leaning Ladder’s oils and vinegars. Since you will be working for your dinner the first glass of wine is on us (Leaning Ladder house chardonnay or cabernet sauvignon).
