Cedar Plank Salmon on the Big Green Egg with Personal Chef Alan

This class will give you some fantastic recipe ideas for cooking on a Big Green Egg. Enjoy a crisp, clean glass of white wine on the house while Chef Alan prepares the grill! Class begins with a goat cheese and sun dried tomato tartine using Leaning Ladders delicious baguettes toasted, and topped with Leaning Ladder Olive Tapenade, a slice of goat cheese and other delicious ingredients. Next will be a fresh mixed green and mandarin orange salad featuring Leaning Ladder’s new Mandarin Olive Oil and Raspberry White Balsamic Vinegar. On to the main event highlighting a Big Green Egg Cedar Planked Salmon with a side of grilled corn, and vegetable medley dressed with a Chipotle laced vinaigrette.
