Chef Alan will make this evening a melt in your mouth experience. He will guide you through the steps to make a tender Braised Beef entrée with a red wine and beef stock sauce. Accompanying this entrée is a delicious goat cheese and butter mashed Potato Gratin topped with Parmesan and finished in the oven for a golden crusty finish. This fabulous dinner will begin with an Arugula and Fennel salad with mandarin oranges dressed in a citrusy Blood Orange olive oil and Mango balsamic vinaigrette. This evening’s dinner will be paired with a glass of our Gertrude wine, a delightful Sangiovese with herbal notes.
