Many of us remember Sunday night dinner at our parents with dried out pork that we politely ate so as not to offend Mom, well this is Chef Melissa’s chance to renew our faith in pork. She will demonstrate how to make a mouth watering, juicy Hickory Bourbon Glazed pork loin with Balsamic Cherry and Plum sauce that will melt in your mouth. Accompanying your pork loin will be fresh broccoli with slivered almonds and pomegranate seeds. Chef Melissa will end the evening with a Charred Ambrosia topped with marshmallow cream.
