Asian Pork Tenderloin with Chef Alan

A savory bacon wrapped water chestnut appetizer served with a sweet and spicy sauce will start this evening off. A chopped Thai veggie salad topped with vinaigrette made with Leaning Ladder’s oils and vinegars will be served as the second course and then on to the main event. Chef Alan will teach you to prepare Asian pork tenderloin using Chinese 5 spice powder, fresh ginger soy sauce and more fabulous seasonings served atop a bed of steamed rice.
