Join Chef “M” for a fall evening of delicious! The evening will begin with a Chef “M” designed appetizer, smoked trout with Leaning Ladder Tarragon olive oil followed by a salad with roasted figs, pancetta and goat cheese. The main entrée is a cornbread & cinnamon apple filled Pork Tenderloin served with maple balsamic roasted carrots and Delicata squash.
