She will demonstrate the careful balancing of flavors and spices as she prepares a lightly fried fish with Three Flavor Sauce incorporating Leaning Ladder oil and vinegars. The evening will begin with a flavorful chicken satay appetizer followed by a fresh cucumber salad lightly drizzled with Leaning Ladder balsamic vinegars.
