A Vegetable Extravaganza with Chef Megan

This evening takes vegetables from salad to dinner all the way through dessert, and it sounds delicious! Our Chefs this evening want you to be able to impress your friends with this amazing vegetarian meal. First you will learn to make a Hearty Kale Salad loaded with chickpeas, sunflower seeds, brussel sprouts and Asiago cheese topped with vinaigrette prepared with Leaning Ladder oil and vinegar. Then we move onto the main event, a Toasted, Buttered Faro and roasted Squash with goat cheese, onions, parsley and tarragon all coming together to make a fabulous aroma not too mention taste. We saved the final vegetable for dessert, Carrot Cake with a cream cheese frosting. Vegetables all the way this evening.
