Chef M will treat you to grilled bread and cheese which you can munch on while she teaches you to make a Braised Sea Bass & Clams in a White Wine & Cream sauce accompanied by Herb Roasted New Potatoes. Finish the evening with a Traditional Portugal dessert; fried dough with orange essence, powdered sugar and cinnamon.
