This is a spicy Indian dish that you will want to learn to make for your friends who can’t get things hot enough! The menu begins with a savory and Creamy Onion Canapé, an appetizer where the stars of the show are the caramelized onions, followed by a Curried Butternut Squash soup. And as if that curried soup isn’t hot enough Chef Alan will turn up the heat with the Chicken Tikka Masala that is served with Basmati rice. This class is for those of you who really like to spice things up.
